Privacy Policy

PACT AI Systems ("PACT", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered automation, customer-support, messaging, and workflow services for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications and services process personal information, including information received through Meta platforms such as Instagram when a business uses PACT to manage customer conversations.

Scope. This policy applies to PACT applications, integrations, and services that process information on behalf of our business clients. It is not limited to data collected on this website.

1. Information we may process

Instagram or other platform identifiers, such as a user ID, username, or profile information made available by the platform;
messages and conversation content sent to a business, including message text, timestamps, and conversation context;
attachments or media that a user chooses to send, when the integration is configured to process them;
customer-service information provided in a conversation, such as a name, phone number, email address, order reference, preferences, or support request;
technical and operational information needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and monitor the service.

2. How and why we use information

receive and respond to customer messages;
provide automated or assisted customer support;
route conversations to the appropriate workflow or human representative;
maintain conversation context and prevent duplicate or incorrect responses;
record service-related information in a client-authorized CRM or support system when configured;
protect, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the reliability of our services;
comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

3. AI and service providers

Some PACT services may use third-party infrastructure, workflow automation, hosting, database, communications, or artificial-intelligence providers to perform requested functions. When such providers are used, data is shared only as necessary to provide the service and is subject to appropriate access controls and contractual or platform requirements. PACT does not sell personal information.

4. Data sharing

We may share information with the business a user contacted, service providers acting on our behalf, or authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not use customer-support conversations for unrelated advertising or sell them to data brokers.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security and operational records, satisfy our agreements with business clients, or meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by client configuration and the nature of the data. Test data may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Data deletion requests

Any user may request deletion of personal information processed by PACT. Send an email to m.eletreby2015@gmail.com with the subject PACT Data Deletion Request. Please include the Instagram username or other identifier used to contact the business and, if known, the business name. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request before deleting data. We will delete or instruct the relevant client or service provider to delete applicable data unless retention is required by law or necessary for a legitimate legal purpose.

8. Access, correction, and questions

Users may contact us to ask about personal information we process, request correction where appropriate, or ask privacy questions using the contact address below.

9. Children

PACT's business automation services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children independently of the business client. If we learn that information was processed inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
